If you are a member of our Affiliate Program and agreed to the terms of our HoneyBook Affiliate Agreement (the “Agreement”), you may be eligible to receive certain fees for your referral of new subscribers to the HoneyBook Service, as set forth below. Subject to the terms of the Agreement, for each Referred Customer (defined below) that purchases at least (i) a one (1) year subscription or (ii) a monthly recurring subscription to the HoneyBook Service and does not cancel that subscription within, and remains in good standing for, the first one hundred (100) days, Subject to the Agreement, HoneyBook may also offer you opportunities in writing to formally enroll in special referral opportunities, for which the referral fees and payment schedule may be different than those set forth herein as determined by HoneyBook in its reasonable discretion. Any such special programs and terms shall be prescribed by HoneyBook in writing from time to time. For members outside the United States of America, referral fees are subject to fluctuation due to the current exchange rate on the date of payout. For purposes hereof, a “Referred Customer” shall mean someone you referred to HoneyBook that enters the HoneyBook website identifiably using your unique Link (as defined in the Agreement) and purchases the HoneyBook Service while your unique link is active in their account.

The Affiliate Program offers a structured referral fee framework designed to reward Members, Educators, and Affiliates for Qualified Referrals.

Members earn a flat commission for each new Qualified Referral they bring in, with additional bonuses awarded when they reach specific referral milestones, encouraging sustained engagement and performance. Referred Customers benefit from exclusive discounts on their subscriptions, enhancing the value proposition. All commissions are subject to a payout period after the Qualified Referral's qualifying purchase.

Educators receive commissions for each referral, with a step bonus system that increases their earnings as they achieve higher referral volumes. This progressive structure not only incentivizes continuous effort but also recognizes and rewards the growing impact of their contributions. Educators who reach significant referral milestones may also receive additional perks, such as complimentary membership access. The program ensures that all referrals are tracked through unique links assigned to each affiliate, maintaining accurate attribution without the need for code entries. A defined cookie period secures the referral connection for a set 180 day period, after which attribution may be reassigned if the referral engages with a different affiliate link.

Affiliates are partners who are not current HoneyBook members, but wish to share HoneyBook with their audience and earn rewards. Affiliates receive a unique referral link to promote HoneyBook, offering their community an exclusive 25% discount on eligible subscriptions. For every Qualified Referral that remains subscribed and in good standing for 100 days, affiliates earn a $50 commission. The program follows the same 180-day cookie and link-based tracking system as other referral programs, ensuring accurate attribution. Affiliates are provided with onboarding resources and ongoing support to help them understand HoneyBook’s value and maximize their referral impact.
